Another grant from the European Union for SIGMA S.A.

We are pleased to announce that SIGMA S.A. obtained a subsidy from the European Union for the purchase of research infrastructure applied to develop and implement an innovative solution, which is a system that performs the features of predictive diagnostics. The ceremonial presentation of the contracts took place at the LAWP headquarters on January 11th, 2024. The contract was received by Paweł Hajduk, President and CEO of SIGMA S.A., from the Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship, Jarosław Stawiarski.

The aim of the project is to purchase the research infrastructure applied to develop and implement an innovative solution in the form of a system performing the features of predictive diagnostics. The result of the applicant's activities will enable the collection and analysis of data related to the operation of running waste sorting plants. This system will enable to implement the feature of early detection of irregularities which have a direct impact on unplanned emergency shutdown of waste sorting lines. The developed solution will enable the provision of remote diagnostics services, reducing the number of service onsite visits during the warranty period and later.
